A founding partner of FUTURE ACCESS, Jane is a certified Leadership Coach from Essential Impact, Canada. Jane has completed her coach training program certification from Kora Coaching and Business academy, Rwanda, Africa. Jane is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). A master’s graduate in Social Work, Jane has more than 13 years of professional experience in India and Canada ranging from customer service, life-skills and leadership training to motivational counselling and coaching. Through her own personal struggles from early childhood in a stereotypical one-size-fits-all culturescape, Jane has discovered keys to finding one’s true identity and calling in life. Jane’s passion now is to see other individuals walking in the fulfillment of God’s promises over their lives.
